The International and Inter-institution Network for Accelerator Science to Next Generation (IINAS-NX), KEK, will bear the accommodation (January 28 - February 5), meals during your stat at KEK, coffee break refreshments (January 29 - February 3) and excursion expenses (February 4). We will pay the daily allowance (for meals) individually by cash on January 29 afternoon, instead of serving meals by the school, and each participant can have all meals on your own.
We must add one thing. We will provide meals for the welcome party on January 29, the banquet on February 3, and lunch at Nikko on February 4, and we will collect the cost of these meals at the same time on January 29 afternoon. Each meal costs JPY1000.
(NB: This daily allowance can not be applied to participants from KEK and SOKENDAI.)
