During the official period of the school (Jan. 28 to Feb.5), KEK dormitory rooms with bath/toilet (Bldgs. 3 and 4) are booked for the participants. Because of the heavy demands for the dormitory rooms in this period, some participants may be asked to change rooms to those without bath/toilet (Bldg. 1) for days before and after the school period.

Since we have booked block of rooms for the participants of ASSCA2023, you do not need confirmation sheet. Just pick up the room key at the dormitory superintendent office.
When you arrive between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, your room key is at the Information Center (Guards Office) beside the main gate of KEK.
Please be sure “not to pay any room charges to the reception or Users Office”. The room charges will be adjusted only through the school office. Check-in and check-out should be made by the participants on their own.
