As we have concluded that it will be impossible to prepare proper meals for all participants who have various dietary restrictions and preference on foods, we will pay the daily allowance (for meals) individually by cash on January 29, instead of serving meals by the school, and each participant can have all meals on your own. We kindly suggest to you preparing some amount of Japanese currency before arriving at KEK.
We will collect the meal expenses at the same time of the allowance payment for welcome party on January 29, banquet on February 3, and lunch at Nikko on February 4.
(NB: This daily allowance can not be applied to participants from KEK and SOKENDAI.)
