DESCRIPTION:(An English version follows the Japanese)Flavor Physics Worksh
 op 2024 (FPWS2024)を蒲郡市で開催いたします。この滞在型
 ワークショップでは、B中間子、charmクォーク、τレプト
 ンなどのフレーバー物理を中心により広域なテーマも
 取り扱い、大学院生と若手研究者が、理論と実験の両
 方に関して基礎から最先端の研究までを俯瞰的に学び
 、理解を深めることを目指しています。理論や実験の
 第一線で活躍されている研究者の方々による修士課程
 学生向けの講義（素粒子物理学入門、測定器・加速器
 、Belle II実験、関連する物理の理論・実験）と、フレー
 バーに限らず幅広い領域の学生や若手研究者を中心と
 した口頭・ポスター発表を予定しています。また、参
 加者投票による理論・実験双方のBest Talk賞、およびPoste
 r賞の選出を行います。様々な分野からのご参加、発表
 を歓迎致します。 [開催情報]日時: 12月2日 (月) - 12月5
 日 (木) [3泊4日]場所: 蒲郡・ホテル明山荘 (愛知県蒲郡
 市三谷町、ホームページ: https://www.meizanso.com) 最寄りの
 三河三谷駅へは名古屋駅から約50分とアクセス良好です
 。発表申込/参加登録締切: 10月18日 (金)参加登録の締め
 切りを延長しました: 10月25日 (金) [宿泊について]三河
 三谷駅からは無料の送迎バス (15分程度)が出ます。原則
 、部屋は4\, 5名の相部屋になります。わずかですが個室
 対応も可能です。個室希望の場合、追加費用が生じる
 可能性があります。 [参加費について]宿泊費 (3泊、朝
 ・中・夕食付): 28200円 (学生)、33000円 (研究員またはス
 タッフ)懇親会参加費: 3000円 (12月4日の夜に参加する人
 のみ)全日程参加されない場合、宿泊費は宿泊した日数
 分の金額になります。全日程参加されない方で移動日
 の昼食をご希望の場合、別途 550円を徴収いたします。
  [旅費のサポートについて]予算に限りがありますが、
 旅費サポートが可能です。以下をご確認の上、希望す
 る場合は参加登録の際に旅費サポートを申請し、リン
 クの様式に従って情報を記入してiguro [at] eken.phys.nagoya-u
 .ac.jp宛に送ってください。この送付を持って、旅費の
 サポートの申請とさせていただきます。日本国内の大
 学・研究機関に所属している大学院生、スタッフに限
 ります。口頭・ポスター発表のいずれかを希望してく
 ださい。大学院生を優先します。旅費サポート申請を
 希望される場合、相部屋になります。特別な事情があ
 る方は世話人までご相談ください。 [キャンセルにつ
 いて]参加登録のキャンセルを希望される方は、原則会
 議の開始日の6日前(11月26日)までにお手続きをお願いし
 ます。5日前から3日前までのキャンセル申請については
 参加費の30%、２日前は50%、前日は80%、当日は100%の手数
 料を徴収いたします。キャンセルについてやむを得な

 発表について]口頭発表の場合、15分発表と5分の質疑応
 答となります。ポスター発表の場合、ポスターのサイ
 ズはA0でお願いします。端子は HDMI と Type-C に対応でき

 探究」 (English version):We proudly host the Flavor Physics Workshop 2
 024 (FPWS2024) in Gamagori\, Aichi\, Japan.This workshop is face-to-face\
 , and we will discuss broad topics in this workshop\, centering on the fla
 vor physics of B meson\, charm quarks\, and tau leptons. This workshop aim
 s to provide young researchers and students an opportunity to learn not on
 ly the basics of flavor physics in the experimental and theoretical aspect
 s but also cutting-edge research about flavor physics. We plan various lec
 tures by talented researchers\, including an introduction to particle phys
 ics\, the Belle II detector\, the SuperKEKB accelerator\, and other topics
  about experiments and theories for flavor physics. In addition\, particip
 ants can present their research in the oral and poster sessions. We warmly
  welcome all presentations about flavor physics as well as other fields. T
 he awards will be given to the best speaker for both theory and experiment
 \, as well as the best poster presenter by voting from the participants. T
 he primary language of this workshop is Japanese\, but you can give your p
