 d December 9–11\, 2025 in Tsukuba\, Japan. The event is hosted by the In
 ternational Center for Quantum-field Measurement Systems for Studies of th
 e Universe and Particles (WPI-QUP)\, a World Premier International Center
  at the High Energy Accelerator Research Organization (KEK)\, promoted by 
 the Japanese government.Rapid advancements in quantum sensing and new dete
 ctor technologies offer unprecedented sensitivity to minute fields and for
 ces. In parallel\, recent breakthrough in multimessenger astronomy are ope
 ning new observational windows on the Universe. The conference aims to fac
 ilitate fusion of these and related fields\, linking laboratory quantum-se
 nsor technologies and techniques with astrophysical and high energy physic
 s observations. Bringing together leading experts from diverse communities
 \, the event seeks to identify common methodologies\, stimulate new cross-
 disciplinary collaborations and facilitate the discovery potential of quan
 tum measurement systems as new "eyes" on the Universe.Participation is ope
