 ional School on Beam Dynamics and Accelerator Technology\, to be held at t
 he Hiroshima International Plaza in Higashi-hiroshima city\, Hiroshima Pre
 fecture\, Japan. Since 2018\, ISBA has aimed to meet this need by providi
 ng a solid grounding in accelerator science and serving as a gateway to en
 ter further advanced studies in accelerator physics for graduate students 
 and young researchers in the Asia-Pacific region.  It is our honor to hos
 t the 9th International School on Beam Dynamics and Accelerator Technology
 .Particle accelerators have been a powerful driver of scientific studies f
 or almost a century. Accelerators were used solely for nuclear and particl
 e physics for the first several decades\, but later spread out beyond thei
 r origins in physics to become integral tools in material science\, chemis
 try\, biology\, humanities\, industrial and medical applications\, and mor
 e. With such a wide variety of accelerator applications and technology\, 
 there is a strong demand for accelerator physicists and engineers from aca
 demic and industrial sectors. However\, the opportunity to study the found
 ations of accelerators\, including beam dynamics\, accelerator design\, an
 d key technologies\, is very limited. The school is an intensive 10-day c
 ourse consisting of lectures covering accelerator science from fundamental
 s to current cutting-edge developments\, applications of accelerators to i
 ndustry and medicine\, and the use of AI in accelerator science\; Hands-on
  training sessions with accelerator software and simulations\; student pre
 sentations\; and a cultural excursion. This year\, special topics will cov
 er AI uses in accelerator science and laser accelerator technologies. ISB
 A26 aims to provide a comprehensive overview of accelerator science while 
 fostering communication and professional connections to develop students o
