DESCRIPTION:IWSSD 2026\nThe International Workshop on Superconducting Sens
ors and Detectors (IWSSD) is a premier forum for researchers\, engineers\,
and students working on the science\, technology\, and applications of su
perconducting sensors and detectors. Following a hiatus since the workshop
originally planned for 2020\, IWSSD 2026 brings together the internationa
l community to share recent advances\, emerging technologies\, and future
perspectives in the field. \nThe workshop covers both low-temperature (lo
 w-Tc) and high-temperature (high-Tc) superconducting devices\, encompassin
g fundamental sensor physics\, materials and fabrication technologies\, cr
 yogenic systems\, readout instrumentation\, and application-driven develop
ments. Particular emphasis is placed on superconducting devices that enabl
e unprecedented sensitivity\, timing resolution\, and energy resolution ac
ross a wide range of scientific and industrial domains. \nKey sensor and
detector technologies include Kinetic Inductance Detectors (KIDs)\, Metall
ic Magnetic Calorimeters (MMCs)\, Transition-Edge Sensors (TESs)\, Superco
nducting Nanowire Single-Photon Detectors (SNSPDs)\, Superconducting Tunne
l Junctions (STJs)\, SQUIDs and their applications\, as well as other emer
ging superconducting devices. \nThe workshop also welcomes contributions
on novel concepts and interdisciplinary applications that expand the impac
t of superconducting technologies. IWSSD 2026 aims to foster collaboration
  across academia\, national laboratories\, and industry\, providing a uniq
ue venue to discuss cutting-edge developments and future opportunities in
superconducting sensing and detection.\nThe venue at High Energy Accelera
tor Research Organization (KEK) in Tsukuba and workshop will be organized
together with a newly established international institute WPI-QUP (Interna
tional Center for Quantum-field Measurement Systems for Studies of the Uni
 verse and Particles). \n \nConfirmed Speakers\n\n\n\n　Jin Chang\nNanya
