Description
We are delighted to announce that SuperKEKB has started its operation, and will be holding a ceremonial event to commemorate the first collisions at SuperKEKB. The SuperKEKB/Belle II facility is an upgrade of KEKB/Belle and has a substantially improved performance compared to its predecessor. We have recently observed the first collisions of e+ e- at SuperKEKB. We believe this is a historical step toward New Physics beyond the Standard Model.
