The convention linkage agency will take care of registration and payment.

Registration Fees
- Tutorial: 5,000 JPY (until July/31 or 50 max. capactiy)
- Conference Dinner: 10,000 JPY
The tutorial fee covers the conference management, facility charges and coffee breaks. Additional charge is required for the conference dinner (Sep/27, Sapporo Beer Musium).
Special Meal Requests
If you have special meal requests at the banquets, please input your requests in the registration form.
Visa
If you are required to obtain a visa to get into Janap, please refer to the visa information page and start applying for your visa as soon as possible. We will issue a visa support letter. Please contact g4cm2023@ml.post.kek.jp.
