Hotel reservation
Hotel reservations should be made directly by the participants.
■ KEK dormitory
Please register via the User Portal. (KEK User ID is required.)
※ Registration starts 45 days before your stay.
You can get the room key for dormitory room at the office of the superintendent between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. The office is at the entrance of the dormitory. If you reach anytime after 10:00 PM then please get the key at the Information Center (Guard Office) near the main entrance. Please see the page for the detail (including payment info).

Reimbursement
Please pay directly to the hotel, even if you are getting support from us. We will reimburse you later.
