An X-ray diffraction (XRD) experiment will be conducted and crystal structure analysis will be performed on the ferroelectric BaTiO3. The temperature change in the polarization direction of ferroelectric polarization will be observed and the amount calculated from the point-charge (formal charge) model will be estimated. We will discuss the origin of the difference from the amount of ferroelectric polarization by bulk sample measurements.
