Every participant is requested to complete both Workshop registration and KEK User registration procedure , where the latter is mandatory for visitors. A limited amount of support for local expenses (travel within Japan and KEK dormitory expenses) is available. Unfortunately, we cannot cover International travel. We are accepting late registrations, however, we may not be able to reserve your talk. The deadline for requesting VISA letter and local support is September 30, 2018.
