[Announcement] WAO2023: Registration for Workshop on Accelerator Operations, September, Tsukuba, Japan

Dear colleagues,
We appreciate your interest in the Workshop on Accelerator Operations (WAO2023) which will be organized from September 10th to 15th in Tsukuba, Japan.
Here is the second circular of WAO2023 including registration information.
The registration page of WAO2023 is now available at;

The deadlines for registration and payment are;
Registration with presentations: Jun.30.2023 (Friday).
Early registration payment: Jun.30.2023 (Friday).
Registration for participation: Aug.15.2023 (Tuesday).
Late registration payment: Aug.15.2023 (Tuesday).
The workshop banquet dinner will be held on Sep.13 (Wednesday).
A simple reception will be organized in the evening of Sep.10 (Sunday).
The site tours are organized in the afternoon of Sep.14 for (A) J-PARC or (B) KEK Tsukuba campus, and of Sep.15 for (C) NIRS/QST or (D) KEK Tsukuba campus.
J-PARC (Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex) includes 3-GeV RCS synchrotron for neutron and meson facilities, and 30-GeV MR synchrotron for neutrino and hadron facilities.
KEK Tsukuba campus includes 7-GeV electron/positron injector linac, SuperKEKB electron/positron collider for B-meson studies, 2.5-GeV Photon Factory and 6.5-GeV PF-AR light sources, and experimental facilities.
NIRS/QST includes HIMAC heavy ion accelerator for cancer therapy irradiation. Detailed plans will be announced later.
The payment page will be ready within the next few weeks. It will be informed to registrants via e-mail. The following is the list of registration fees.
Early full registration ticket: 65,000 JPY (until Jun.30.2023)
Late full registration ticket: 75,000 JPY (after Jul.1 to Aug.15.2023)
Additional ticket per accompanying person: 10,000 JPY
Daily registration ticket: 20,000 JPY
(The daily ticket doesn't include the banquet. 65,000 JPY approximately corresponds to 500 USD and 450 EUR.)
