Please visit the registration payment page of Smile Conference provided by Smile Tours Ltd. (smiletours.co.jp). Smile Tours Ltd. is the company chosen by WAO2023 to handle payment of the registration. It is the company with which KEK organizes most of its events.
Regular registration includes the workshop participation, site tours on Thursday and Friday, banquet dinner on Wednesday and coffee service. Early registration before July 17th is JPY 65,000, and late registration after July 18th is JPY 75,000.
In addition to regular registration, accompanying persons may make registration for the banquet dinner and coffee service. It is strongly recommended to order bento lunchboxes in order to save time for site tours on Thursday and Friday. Daily registration is also possible for a day or two, while it doesn't include the banquet dinner.
Participants are expected to pay the registration expense before August 16th.
Here is the list of registration expenses ;
Early delegate registration: JPY 65,000 (before July 17th)
Late delegate registration: JPY 75,000 (after July 18th)
Registration per accompanying person: JPY 10,000
Bento lunchbox per day: JPY 1,000
One-day delegate registration: JPY 20,000
Two-day delegate registration: JPY 40,000
Typical expense with Lunchboxes for Thursday and Friday: JPY 77,000
