[Announcement] WAO2023: Registration for Workshop on Accelerator Operations, September, Tsukuba, Japan

Dear colleagues,
We appreciate your interest in the Workshop on Accelerator Operations (WAO2023) which will be organized from September 10th to 15th in Tsukuba, Japan.
The deadline of presentation registration of WAO2023 is approaching.

As we received requests to extend the deadline, the presentation registration period is extended two weeks till July 17.
The new deadlines for registration and payment are;
. Registration with presentations: Jul.17.2023.
. Early registration payment: Jul.17.2023.
. Registration for participation: Aug.15.2023.
. Late registration payment: Aug.15.2023.
Lunchbox orders are recommended (JPY 1000 per day) for the site tours organized in the afternoon of Sep.14 for (A) J-PARC or (B) KEK Tsukuba campus, and of Sep.15 for (C) QST Chiba or (D) KEK Tsukuba campus.
J-PARC (Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex) includes 3-GeV RCS synchrotron for neutron and meson
facilities, and 30-GeV MR synchrotron for neutrino and hadron facilities.
KEK Tsukuba campus includes 7-GeV electron/positron injector linac, SuperKEKB electron/positron collider for
B-meson studies, 2.5-GeV Photon Factory and 6.5-GeV PF-AR light sources, and experimental facilities.
QST Chiba includes HIMAC heavy ion accelerator for cancer therapy irradiation.

. Early full registration ticket: JPY 65,000 (until Jul.17.2023)
. Late full registration ticket: JPY 75,000 (after Jul.18 to Aug.15.2023)
. Bento lunchbox per day: JPY 1,000
. Additional ticket per accompanying person: JPY 10,000
. Daily registration ticket: JPY 20,000
(The daily ticket doesn't include the banquet.)
Please follow the comments on the registration form, and please make sure that your registration and payment details agree especially for lunchboxes.
The registration form will acknowledge your completion via e-mail, which includes a URL link to modify your registration details later.
