Practical info

1. When you enter the campus, please stop by the Information Center and fill out a Pledge Form.

2. Registration desk is open during Nov 29 – Dec 2.
Morning: 8:30 – 9:00 AM (Nov 29) and Afternoon: 12:00 – 1:30 PM (Nov 29 – Dec 2)

3. Please collect your name tag and pay the fee 500 JPY for coffee/tea.

4. Please pay to the hotel/dormitory and other fees by yourself. If you are receiving support from us, the reimbursement will be done separately. 

5. All the plenary talks will be held at Seminar Hall on the 1st floor of San-Go-Kan Bldg (K03 in the map). The parallel sessions will be in Seminar Hall and the adjacent room (Meeting room). The KEK map is available: KEK map

6. Network: eduroam is available on the campus. Additionally, we have arranged a wifi connection. The details will be provided at the registration desk.

7. The Cafeteria and Cafe will be open during the workshop (N04 in the map). There is also a convenience store (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM) near the cafeteria (N07 in the map). 

8. KEK Dormitory (N09 in the map): You can get the room key for dormitory room at the office of the superintendent between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. The office is at the entrance of the dormitory. If you reach anytime after 10:00 PM then please get the key at the Information Center (Guard Office) near the main entrance. Please see the page for the detail (including payment info).

The breakfast is available at Cafe. Please make a reservation if you need. Please see the page for the detail. As another option, the convenience store on campus opens from 8:30 AM.

9. Please bring masks of your own and wear them during the workshop. If you have respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough etc, please do not come to the conference site, stay in your room and contact the organizers by email: kekph22@ml.post.kek.jp.
