This workshop will be held in the hybrid style (on&off line).
Please note the following information:

Deadline of registration to give a talk: 31st Oct.
Deadline of registration for audience: 15th Nov. -
All oral presentations are encouraged to be given onsite. Those who apply to give a talk, please choose "physical attendance" instead of online.

Due to limited number of talk slots, we may ask some of talk requests to poster presentations.

There is a limitation on the number of physical participants due to the KEK rules for Covid-19. The applications for the oral presentation may not be accepted even before the deadline once the number of speakers reaches the limit. Those who are not planning to give a talk may be asked to participate online.

We collect 500 JPY as registration fee from physical participants.

Please reserve your hotel or KEK dormitory by yourself. For the dormitory reservation, please see the accommodation page.

(14/11/2022 added) Because the number of physical participants reaches the limit, the registration for the physical participation has been closed. The registration for the online participation is still open and its deadline is 15/11/2022.
