Overview
The 7th International School on Beam Dynamics and Accelerator Technology (ISBA24) is being organized by a team of local organizers from institutes in Thailand, with assistance from the International Organizing Committee.
The School will be held in Thailand 1 - 9 November 2024.
The working language of the School will be English. Participants must therefore have a good understanding of English to enable them to benefit from the School.

Hands-on training
Students will receive hands-on training in the simulation-based design of particle accelerators. They will be guided with a tutorial to complete the design based on the beam dynamics. The study results will be presented on the last day of school and awards will be given for excellence.
Student session
Students will present and discuss their research and topics of interest in this session. Students are encouraged to provide the title and abstract of their research at the time of registration.
Excursion
During the school, we will have a full-day excursion to Doi Suthep and other landmarks in Chiang Mai.
Excursion
Chiang Mai, the former capital of the Lanna Kingdom, boasts a rich history spanning over 700 years. This historic city is renowned for its unique blend of Buddhism and Lanna culture, which can be seen in its stunning temples, traditional festivals, and vibrant local crafts. Today, Chiang Mai is not only a cultural and historical hub but also a center for modern science and technology, seamlessly integrating its ancient heritage with contemporary advancements.
Wat Phra That Doi Suthep (Doi Suthep Temple) is the most significant temple located in Chiang Mai. It was constructed in the early 19th Buddhist century. The beauty of this temple is enhanced by the presence of seven-headed serpent statues that are lined on the stairs leading to the temple. The temple itself boasts a Chiang Saen-style golden pagoda and exquisite Lanna architecture. From the temple, one can also enjoy a breathtaking view of Chiang Mai.
