Its overall alignment strategy is designed to ensure high precision, long-term stability, and cross-system coordination for integrated accelerator and characterization systems.This strategy ensures micron-level (or sub-micron) alignment accuracy, supports cross-scale, in-situ, and multi-modal materials research, and provides a reliable spatial foundation for the facility’s core missions—from material preparation to service performance evaluation.
