Oral Presentation Information
If you are giving an oral presentation, please use the following guidelines as a guide:
Unless otherwise specified, oral presentations will be held at 25-minute intervals
(20 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A).
We will strictly adhere to the schedule, so please be mindful of the time.
Digital presentations will be available on the INDICO website,
so please create your presentation materials in Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF format
and send them to IWAA2026@ml.post.kek .
This will allow you to switch presentations quickly after the previous presenter finishes.
Other participants will also be able to follow the slides on their mobile devices before, during, and after your presentation.
The operating system of the computer used for the oral presentation will be Windows 11.
Please note that it will not be Mac OS.
Poster Session Information
If you are giving a poster presentation, please follow the guidelines below.
Posters will be presented during the poster session (Thursday morning) and removed by the end of the day on Thursday.
Posters will be displayed in a location a short distance from the conference room (Room 202B).
Rest breaks will also be provided in the conference room.
Poster Size:
The maximum size allocated for a single poster presentation is A0 (841mm wide x 1189mm high).
About Posters:
Please bring a paper or photocopy of your poster to display on the poster board.
Please also send a digital copy to IWAA2026@ml.post.kek.jp that other users can access on the IWAA2026 indico site.

If you are submitting a paper, please follow the guidelines below.
