## Venue
KEK Tsukuba campus and in-city facilities.
The meeting point and time are Tsukuba Station at 13:00 on October 23rd.
Please DO NOT directly go to KEK campus.
## Travel
Access from Tokyo to Tsukuba is available by train:
Take the Tsukuba Express (TX) train from Akihabara Station in Tokyo to Tsukuba Station.
The rapid train takes approximately 45 minutes, with fares around 1,200 JPY.
Trains depart approximately every 15 minutes, providing frequent service.
KEK is located about 7 km from Tsukuba Station.
To reach Tsukuba Station from KEK, please take a Tsuku-bus (Tsukuba city community bus, Hokubu Shuttle route).
This journey takes approximately 20 minutes, with a fare of around 400 JPY.

## TimeTable
The timetable is as follows:
* October 23rd, 13:00: Collection at Tsukuba Station (Google map: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Zze2zMMe3nrL7vKf7?g_st=ipc).
* October 23rd (afternoon): Visit to scientific institutions (NIMS, JAXA) in Tsukuba City
* October 23rd (evening): Poster session with snacks followed by networking dinner at KEK Tsukuba Campus
* (Accommodation will be provided at the KEK Tsukuba dormitory.)
* October 24th (morning): Tour of KEK facilities (SuperKEKB, Belle II, etc.)
* October 24th, around 12:00: Event concludes at KEK campus.
## Poster session
We will hold a poster session on Thursday night only with young participants.
You may reuse your poster from the main BRIDGE workshop.
Please do not forget it in Tokyo.
(Of course, you are welcome to prepare another one if you wish.)
## Accommodation
We will provide accommodation on the Tsukuba campus (for participants who are not residing in Tsukuba).
Firstly, you will need to complete user registration at KEK.

We recommend booking Building Five as it is the newest.
If your flight is on Saturday, you can also stay in the dormitory on Friday night.
## Participation fee
Will be announced later. It is estimated to be around 5,000 JPY (mainly for dinner/coffee).
