Proceedings
It is requested that all presenters (oral and poster) submit proceedings. The proceedings will be published in JAEA-Conf series.

The due date of the proceedings is January 15th, 2026.
- Manuscripts in PDF must be written in English and A4 paper size (297 mm x 210 mm).
- Every manuscript must be within 6 pages.
- Margins should be 30 mm for top and bottom and 25 mm for left and right.
- Titles, authors, affiliation, e-mail, abstract, main content and references should be included in this order.
- A footnote should be written in the page where you need it.
- Larger than 10 pts characters with single spaces must be used.
- Figures and tables including their captions will not be modified during the publishing process.
- Styles of references should be followed in JNST.
- The original document such as Microsoft Word, LaTeX, or ODF Text Document are also required for editorial process.
- Manuscripts consisting of multiple files should be submitted as a single source file using compression software.
- If you have further questions, don't hesitate to ask committee members.
- Former proceedings are available here.
- Note that the proceedings will not be peer-reviewed even if manuscripts will be checked.
プロシーディングス
研究会後、口頭及びポスター発表に対して、プロシーディングス執筆を依頼します。例年通り、JAEA-Confとして出版予定です。

報文集の提出締切は2026年1月15日です。
- 編集の迅速化のため、原稿は原則として手を加えずそのままオフセット印刷としますので、次の項目を遵守の上、十分に校正を行ってください。
- 原稿は英語で執筆し、6ページ以内のPDFで提出してください。
- 表題、著者名、所属名、e-mail、抄録、本文及び参考文献の順番に記述し、脚注はそれを必要とするページに入れる。抄録はINISへの登録の際に必要なので必ず入れてください。
- 原稿はA4サイズ(297 mm x 210 mm)の用紙に、上下マージン30 mm、左右マージン25 mm、シングルスペース、10ポイント以上の文字で記述してください。
- 図と表はそれらのキャプションを含め手を加えませんので、そのつもりで作成してください。
- 参考文献の書き方は原子力学会欧文誌に準じてください。
- 編集作業のため、Microsoft Word、LaTeX、もしくはODF Text Documentなどの元の原稿も提出してください。
- 原稿が複数のファイルからなる場合には、圧縮ソフトにより1個のソースファイルにして提出してください。
