KEK user registration and domitory reservation

KEK User Registration (compulsory for KEK visitors)

For those who do not have a KEK user ID:

1. Visit the webpage "KEK User Information" at
   Japanese: http://www2.kek.jp/uskek/
   English: http://www2.kek.jp/uskek/eng/index.html
2. Click "ユーザー登録 (User Registration)" in the left menu.
3. Read the terms and click "Agree" at the bottom.
4. Fill the form (see the example for KEK-related inputs attached to this page) and click "Continue".
5. You will receive your User ID by e-mail within a week.

 For those who already have a KEK user ID:

1. This process is only for those who already have a User ID.
2. Please login at the webpage: https://krs.kek.jp/uskek/ui/UI_00000E.do
   (User ID is your registered e-mail address. If you do not remember your Password, please e-mail Users Office <uo1 (at) mail.kek.jp>)
3. Click "Administrative Procedures for Visiting KEK/J-PARC" in the left menu.
4. Click "2. Identify the purpose of your visit to KEK/J-PARC" just below.
5. Fill the form (see example files attached to this page. ).
6. Click "Next" and "Agree".
7. You will get an e-mail within a week.

Application for KEK dormitory reservation(at most 45days in advance)

1. Please login at the webpage: https://krs.kek.jp/uskek/ui/UI_00000E.do
2. Click "Accommodation Booking and/or Travel Expenses" in the left menu.
3. Click "1. Make an Accommodation Booking and/or Apply for Travel Expenses" just below.
   Participants from abroad are requested to choose ``Accommodation Only'' and, for receiving travel support, send the itinerary in Japan to organizers.
4. Fill the form and click "Submit" at the bottom.
