Reception on Tuesday 3rd November
The reception on Tuesday 3rd November will take place in ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel soon after the session and it will include finger-food and drinks. Participants are required to wear their badges, to be identified as belonging to the ICFA 2026 seminar.
Conference Dinner on Thursday 5th November
The conference dinner will take place in ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel on Thursday 5th November. Participants are required to wear their badges, to be identified as belonging to the ICFA 2026 seminar.
There will be no buses for the both way to the conference Dinner, however the conference venue and the hotel are connected via an underground passage and are within walking distance of each other.
Coffee breaks
Coffee breaks are included in the fee, from Day 1 to Day 4.
Lunches
Lunch on 3rd November is included in the participation fee; however, on the other days, we kindly ask that you explore the city of Toyama and enjoy its excellent local cuisine on your own!
