31st Meeting on Physics at B Factories

The main purpose of SuperKEKB/Belle II is to search for new physics
beyond the Standard Model through B, D and tau decays by accumulating
50 times more data than KEKB/Belle by the mid-2030's.
It also aims to directly search for dark-sector and axion-like particles
by taking advantage of high luminosity e+e- collider experiments.
Belle II resumed the Run 2 operation in January 2026, and data taking
has been progressing smoothly. For the summer shutdown,
data taking is scheduled to be suspended at the end of June.
Maintenance work will then be performed on both the accelerator and the detector
towards the restart of the operation in the autumn.
This series of meetings aims to provide opportunities, where theorists
and experimentalists get together and closely discuss physics at B factories.
In this 31st meeting, we will have the following invited talks:

Kota Sasaki (Chiba) "Baryon-Meson Sum Rule for $b \to s \nu \bar{\nu}$"

Petar Rados (Nagoya) "CP Violation in $\tau \to \pi K_S \nu$" (tentative)
The working language is English, and non-Japanese participants are very welcome!
The meeting will be held in a hybrid format at a venue at KEK and by Zoom.
Travel support is available from co-hosting KAKENHI Grant "B-BRAVE".

Ｂファクトリー物理勉強会 第３１回ミーティング
日時: ２０２６年６月１９日（金）１１：００-
場所: 高エネルギー加速器研究機構 (KEK) 研究本館１階 会議室１、及び、Zoomによるハイブリッド開催

SuperKEKB/Belle IIでは、2030年代半ばまでにKEKB/Belleの50倍の積分ルミノシティーを蓄積し、
B中間子・D中間子・タウ粒子の精密測定・禁止過程探索により、標準模型を超える物理を探ることを
主目的としています。また、高輝度電子陽電子衝突実験の特徴を生かした、ダークセクターや
アクシオンのような粒子（ALP）などの新粒子の直接探索も目標としています。
2026年1月からRun 2運転を再開し、順調にデータを取得しています。夏季シャットダウンに向けて、
6月末にデータ取得を終了する予定です。その後、秋頃の運転再開を目指し、
加速器および検出器の両方についてメンテナンスを実施します。
この勉強会は理論、実験合同でＢファクトリーで展開すべき物理についてじっくり議論する場としたい
と思います。今回は次の方々に招待講演をお願いしています(敬称略、順不同)。
