We would like to inform you about a presentation guideline for the ERL2024 workshop here.
Oral Presentation
ERL2024 will prepare PCs (windows and Mac) to show your slides. Please test your slides using the PC at the coffee break to check whether it works.
Please send your presentation slides to your conveners in advance. Regarding the deadline, please ask your conveners. The conveners will set your slides data into the PC to deliver your talk.
We would like to ask you to deliver your talk using the slides you will provide to the conveners basically. If you have some information in your slides you do not want to share with the conveners (and the slides will be shown at the workshop page afterwards), you can bring your slides data with a USB key and set it on our prepared PCs and then deliver your talk. But in this case also, please send your presentation slides without confidential information to your conveners in advance.
Poster Presentation
Poster panels will be prepared near a registration desk at Kobayashi Hall. We recommend to prepare and print a poster of size ISO A0 or US Arch E in PORTRAIT orientation on our poster board. Pins are prepared to post your poster. A poster ID is assigned for your poster presentation. The poster ID is indicated on the top of the poster panel.
We would like to ask you to hang your poster from Septemeber 24th and remove it on September 27th AM.
Please stand in front of your poster at 13:30-14:30, September 26th to answer coming questions from participants.
For all presenter
We would like to encourage you to prepare for the proceeding of your presentation.
The deadline for the submission will be at the end of December 2024 and the manuscript should be a maximum of 7 pages.
Because of a regulation, no show is not allowed to submit the proceeding.
We will inform you in further detail later on.
