If you tick "VISA Application Documents Request" on our registration system, we will send you the official support documents issued by KEK for your visa application. The invitation letter issued by ERL2024, when you tick "Invitation Letter Request", might not be sufficient to apply for your visa at the embassy.
For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us. And please make sure also that you have the valid passport to apply for the visa.

**We will accept your visa request until August 30.**
This date does not guarantee that your visa will be ready on time to visit Japan because it takes time to prepare for your visa application documents from our side and to proceed to make your visa at the embassy by yourself.
So, please prepare for it well in advance.
