Shuttle bus schedule

[Outward trip]

The shuttle bus to go to KEK will start at Tsukuba staion (detail location will be informed soon) from September 24th to 27th. Then, the buses will stop at Urban Hotel and arrive at KEK.

* every day: 7:50 and 8:00 at Tsukuba station, then --> Urban hotel --> KEK
* only first day, ERL2024 LOC staff will stand near Tsukuba station (outside) to guide you to the shuttle bus stop.

★ Hotel Grand Shinonome  → 10 min. walk to Bus Stop    
★ Hotel Nikko Tsukuba  → 5 min. walk to Bus Stop  
★ Daiwa Roynet Hotel  → 4 min. walk to Bus Stop  

If you miss the bus, please refer to the information → Between Tsukuba Center and KEK 

 

[Return trip]

To return to Tsukuba station via Urban hotel, departure time of the shuttle bus will be changed everyday as following:

* September 24th: 20:30 after reception, then --> Urban hotel --> Tsukuba station
* September 25th: 18:00 after site tour, then --> Urban hotel --> Tsukuba station
* September 26th: about 20:40 after baquet. We will prepare for 2 lines: 
   ・Sansuitei --> Tsukuba station
   ・Sansuitei --> Tsukuba station --> Urban hotel --> KEK
* September 26th: 14:30 after lunch, then --> Urban hotel --> Tsukuba station
