Practical Info

A venue for the KEK Theory Workshop 2023 is the First Floor of K03 Building, Seminar Hall and Meeting Room 1. See the KEK Campus Map.

Registration desk is open at 9:15, 30 min. before the opening session on Nov.29.
1. Pick up your name tag.
2. Pay 500 Yen (coffee/snack, mandatory) + Banquet Fee (if you join in).
3. Receive a payment slip and a program.

The Cafeteria will be open during the workshop (Building N04). There is also a convenience store near the cafeteria (Building N07).

Important Date/Time:
- Talk Slide Submission: Till Nov. 28.
- Registration Open: Nov. 29, 9:15
- Banquet: Nov.29, 18:30 - 20:00 at Tsuki no Hana.
- Group Photo: Nov. 30, 12:30 (Just after morning session).
