2. There are no page limits, and the deadline is September 1st.
3. Please use the LaTeX template provided by Elsevier, which can be found here:

- If you use Overleaf, you can go to "New Project," use the "Upload Project" pull-down menu, and upload the elsarticle.zip file.
- Then, you can edit one of the "elsarticle-template...tex" files.
