Open before the opening session on December 16.
- Pick up your name tag.
- Pay Banquet Fee (if you join in).
- Receive a payment slip and a program.

- VISA Application to Our Secretary: Aug. 29 (Fri.)
- Registration Deadline: Oct. 31 (Fri).
- Dormitory Reservation Open: 45 days before your stay, approximately Oct. 31 (Fri).
- Talk Slide Submission: Till Dec. 15. (We'll prepare a cloud.)
- Reception Open: Dec. 16, Morning
- Banquet: Dec.16, Evening at KEK (Catering).
- Group Photo: Dec. 17, Noon (Just after morning session).
Cafeteria
Cafeteria will be open during the workshop (Building N04). There is also a convenience store near the cafeteria (Building N07). See Campus Map.
Wifi Information
- eduroam, which is recommended if you already have an account.
- KEK Wireless LAN Service "keyaki", which can be connected at KEK during the workshop.
