Every oral and poster presenter is required to prepare a proceeding manuscript. The proceedings will be published in JAEA-Conf series.

- Manuscript must be written in English.
- Authors should follow these items.
- Title, authors, affiliation, e-mail, abstract, main content and references should be included in this order. A footnote is written in the page where you need it.
- A manuscript written in A4 paper size (297 mm x 210 mm).
- Upper and lower margins should be 30 mm, left and right ones 25 mm, and use larger than 10 pt characters with single spaces.
- Figures and tables will be published in the original forms.
- Styles of references should be followed in Journal of Nuclear Science and Technology
- Every manuscript should be within 6 pages.
- File format should be PDF (.pdf). The original document such as Microsoft Word (.docx, doc), LaTeX or ODF Text Document (.odt) are also required for editorial process.
- Manuscripts consisting of multiple files should be submitted as a single source file using compression software (LaTeX submission sample).

研究会後，口頭およびポスター発表に対して，プロシーディングス執筆を依頼します。例年度通り，JAEA-Confとして出版予定です。

- 原稿は英文で作成してください。
- 編集の迅速化のため，原稿は原則として手を加えずそのままオフセット印刷としますので，次の項目を厳守の上，十分に校正を行って下さい。
- 標題，著者名，所属名，e-mail， 抄録，本文，参考文献の順番にタイプし，脚注は，それを必要とするページに入れる。抄録はINISへの登録の際に必要となるで必ず入れる。
- 原稿はA4 (297 mm × 210 mm)の用紙に，上下マージン30 mm，左右マ ージン25 mm，シングル・スペース，10ポイント以上の文字でタイプする。
- 図と表はそれらのcaptionを含め手を加えませんので，そのつもりで作成して下さい。
- 参考文献の書き方は，原子力学会誌の英文論文誌 (JNST) に準じる。
- 1件あたり図表も含めて刷上がり6ページ以内になるようにまとめる。
- 和文目次を作成するので，日本語の標題と著者名 (全員) を別紙に明記する。
- ファイル形式はPDF (.pdf)でお願いします。また，編集作業のため，ODF Text Document (.odt)，LaTeX，Microsoft Word (.doc、.docx)等の元の原稿もアップロードしてください。
- 原稿が複数のファイルからなる場合には，圧縮ソフトにより1個のソースファイルにして提出してください(LaTeX submission sample)。
- その他不明の点は，現地委員会までお問い合わせ下さい。
- 原稿の締切は2023年1月13日です。締切に遅れますと，早期の発行が困難になりますので，ご協力お願いいします。
