Practical Information

Venue

• The First Floor of K03 Building, Seminar Hall and Meeting Room 1. See the KEK Campus Map.

Reception Desk

Open before the opening session on December 11.

1. Pick up your name tag.
2. Pay Banquet Fee (if you join in).
3. Receive a payment slip and a program.

 

Important Date/Time

• Registration Deadline: Oct. 26 (Sat).
• Dormitory Reservation Open: 45 days before your stay, approximately Oct. 26 (Sat).
• Talk Slide Submission: Till Dec. 10. (We'll prepare a cloud.)
• Reception Open: Dec. 11, Morning
• Banquet: Dec.11, Evening at KEK (Catering).
• Group Photo: Dec. 12, Noon (Just after morning session).

 

Cafeteria

Cafeteria will be open during the workshop (Building N04). There is also a convenience store near the cafeteria (Building N07). See Campus Map.

 

Wifi Information

• eduroam, which is recommended if you already have an account.
• KEK Wireless LAN Service "keyaki", which can be connected at KEK during the workshop.
