Exhibition Overview:
An exhibition area will be prepared adjoining the science campus hall during AFAD 2025.
By participating in the workshop as an exhibitor, your company will have an opportunity to show the technology and products to participants. We expect the conference to attract around 150 researchers.

Floor Plan:
The exhibition will take place at the foyer of Science Campus Hall.

Exhibition Booth information:
Each exhibition booth will be equipped with up to 2 poster boards (W1.16m x H1.76m ), 1 table, and 2 chairs.
If you use poster boards in portrait orientation, you may use up to two.
Exhibitor Registration fee:
100,000JPY (per company/organization)
Exhibitor Registration fee includes;
● 1 exhibition booth
● Banquet on June 19, 2025
● Coffee breaks
● Recognition as an exhibitor/sponsor on the workshop website
Exhibitor's Registration Procedure:
STEP 1: Download and complete "Exhibitor Registration Form" below.
STEP 2: Send the completed form to AFAD LOC by email to afad2025@ml.post.kek.jp.
STEP 3: A confirmation email will be sent to you once we receive the form.
STEP 4: Invoice will be issued and sent to you. Payment information is written in the invoice.
STEP 5: According to the payment information, complete your payment.
STEP 6: A payment confirmation document will be sent to you.

Payment Information:
Detailed payment information is written in your invoice.
Payment must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by bank transfer.
As soon as we receive your registration form, the invoice will be issued in JPY.
Electricity:
There are only 4 wall or floor sockets in the exhibition venue. You should be shared by the exhibitors just for their PC and small equipment.
