- choose amount of fee and option for accompanying person(s).
- please provide Name and email address (The provided e-mail address will be used for your payment ID).
- Check Terms and privacy policy and click "Submit"
- Check information you filled and amount of payment. Note that 6% transaction fee will be applied which can not be refund. Please make sure you are paying correct amount.
- Fill in your credit card information and click "Purchase".
- You will receive an email from noreply@payvent.net. Please check spam folder if you would not receive email within 30 min.

Payment is accepted via credit card (major card, i.e. master, visa). In case you can not use credit card, please contact local organizer (afad2025@ml.post.kek.jp).
Registration fee for in-person participants:
- Nominal registration fee: 10000 JPY
- Fee for accompanying person: 10000 JPY
- Includes welcome reception, excursion and workshop dinner.
Cancellation policy
- 35 days before : Cancellation is with full refund (except transaction fee of 6%)
- 10 ~ 34 days before : Cancellation is possible with 50% refund.
- 10 days before or later : Cancellation with 0% refund.
Site visit
We will visit the NanoTerasu at the Aobayama site, and the High Intensity Electron Linac at the Mikamimine site.
The Aobayama site, where the workshop will be held, has NanoTerasu, the newest light source accelerator in Japan, operated by the National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology (QST). The Mikamimine Site, about a 20-minute drive from the Aobayama Site, has a high-intensity electron linac operated by Research Center for Accelerator and Radioisotope Science (RARiS).
