Reception Desk
Open before the opening session on November 25.
- Pick up your name tag.
- Pay Banquet Fee (if you join in).
- Receive a payment slip and a program.

- VISA Application to Our Secretary: Aug. 24
- Registration Deadline: Oct. 16
- Dormitory Reservation Open: 45 days before your stay.
- Talk Slide Submission: Till Nov. 24 . (We'll prepare a cloud.)
- Reception Open: Nov. 25, Morning
- Banquet: Nov. 25, Evening at KEK (Catering).
Cafeteria
Cafeteria will be open during the workshop (Building N04). There is also a convenience store near the cafeteria (Building N07). See Campus Map.
Wifi Information
- eduroam, which is recommended if you already have an account.
- KEK Wireless LAN Service "keyaki", which can be connected at KEK during the workshop.
