All MNPL Members must register as radiation worker if he/she will enter the KEK radiation controlled area to join the project.
How to Register
Step 1.
Please register yourself on KEK User Portal Site according to the instructions and an example below:
Step 2.
Please send a copy of your FORM 10 to MNPP_2018[AT]ml.post.kek.jp in advance to make sure that the form satisfies KEK's requirements.
Step 3.
KEK Radiation Science Center will check the contents of your FORM 10 and give you their confirmation by e-mail.
Step 4.
On receiving the above confirmation, please send your FORM 10 (Original) to KEK Radiation Science Center below by postal mail.

Step 5.
Please take a video lecture of 1.5 hour at the center, after arriving at KEK.

＊Reservation is not required, they accept on a first come, first served basis.
Step 6.
After taking the video lecture, you will be registered as a radiation worker at KEK.
An ID CARD and a Dosemeter will be provided.
IMPORTANT
- The FORM 10 should have an original signature of both yourself and a radiation safety office in your home institute.
- An original FORM 10 must reach KEK at least 2 working days prior to your visit.
- We strongly recommend you to send the document by registered and express mail, so that we can track it's delivery status in case of any accident.
