The easiest way to reach KEK from Haneda Airport is to take an express bus to Tsukuba Station first, then take a local bus at Tsukuba Station to KEK.

Step 1. Haneda --> Tsukuba Station
First, take an express bus bound for Tsukuba Center at the airport (takes 100 min., costs 1,850 JPY).
Step 2. Tsukuba Station --> KEK
After arriving at Tsukuba Center, get on a local bus bound for Tsukuba Mountain (the bus called "Hokubu Shuttle", takes 20 min., costs 300 JPY).
Step 3. Arrive at KEK
In approximately 20 minustes, you will be at KEK.
