Step 1.
Please prepare the following documents:
- Copy of your passport in PDF
- Visa Information (FORM 1)
Step 2.
Please send the above documents to MNPP_2018[AT]ml.post.kek.jp at least 2 months prior to your visit.
Step 3.
KEK will issue necessary documents for your visa application and send it to you by postal mail.
Step 4.
Please submit the documents to the nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate-General in your place of residence.
Step 5.
Your Visa issued
Step 6.
Please enter Japan within 3 months after visa issued.
