1. Registration desk is open during Nov 7th – Nov 9th.

2. Please collect your name tag and pay the fee 1,000 JPY.
3. Please pay to the hotel/dormitory and other fees by yourself.
4. All the plenary talks will be held at Kobayashi Hall on the 1st floor of Kenkyu-honkan Bldg (M01 in the map). The parallel sessions will be in Kobayashi Hall and the adjacent room (Meeting room 1). The KEK map is available: KEK map
5. Network: eduroam is available on the campus. Additionally, we have arranged a wifi connection. The details will be provided at the registration desk.
6. The Cafeteria and Cafe will be open during the workshop (N04 in the map). There is also a convenience store near the cafeteria (N07 in the map).
