Every participant is requested to complete both workshop registration (this page) and the KEK User registration procedure, where the latter is mandatory for visitors.
The registration fee is 1000 JPY, which will be collected at the registration desk.
Limited support for local expenses (travel within Japan and KEK dormitory expenses) is available. Unfortunately, we do not cover International travel.
For those who request a VISA letter, we recommend you to make registration as early as possible. The deadlines for the request for local support and the application for short talks are
October 2nd, 2023.
