The poster session is held at lunchtime on the first day (April 8). Light meals will be served. 

You can register your poster contribution when you register for the workshop.

The deadline for the poster request is March 31.

  • Poster size: A0 
  • You are requested to bring your printed poster and put it on the assigned location in the morning on April 8 and keep till the end of the workshop. If you have a difficulty in printing, please contact QUPWS@ml.post.kek.jp
