For the purpose of security, all KEK buildings are locked at night (from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM), and also all day on weekends and national holidays. To enter any buildings during the above time, you should have a KEK ID Card issued by KEK Users Office. |
How to Apply for a KEK ID Card
Step 1.
Please complete KEK User Registration on the website below:
Step 2.
When you complete the registration, please fill in an application form for the card. (PDF / WORD)
Step 3.
Please send the application form to KEK Users Office: visitorssupport[ATMARK]kek.jp in advance, with CC to MNPP_2018[ATMARK]ml.post.kek.jp.
IMPORTANT
KEK ID Card does NOT allow you to enter KEK Radiation Controlled Area.
If you need to enter the area to join the project, you should register as KEK Radiation Worker beforehand.
