Poster Presentation
Abstract submission deadline is November 9, 2021 noon on November 15, 2021.
Pre-material submission deadline is November 15, 2021 November 16, 2021.
- Poster presenters should submit PDF file summarized in 2 - 7 pages and 2-min. video file (MP4) by
November 15, 2021November 16, 2021. - Applicants for the poster award are especially requested to submit pre-materials.
- Submission method will be announced by e-mail later.

Save a presentation as a video (by Microsoft corporation) - Video should be HD(720p) 1280×720.
- Poster presentation will be held via Zoom break-out room
- Poster should be prepared in landscape format (A4 landscape) and in 7 pages or less.
- Poster and other materials should be written in English.
- Video should be recorded in Japanese or English.
- Describe introduction, method, result and conclusion briefly.
- Letters and figures would be easy to see.
Poster Award
Excellent posters presented by students and young scientists will be awarded. Criteria and procedure are as follows.
- Criteria for selection
- Objective, method, result and conclusion are described clearly.
- A strong point and originality are described presented distinctly.
- Ingenuity and eagerness in the presentation.

Selection Process
- Executive and local committees decide award winners.
- Posters for the excellent 3 - 5 presentations with the highest scores will be awarded.
- The highest winner will be awarded to the best poster award.

- ポスターセッションの活性化のため，参加者が事前に確認できる資料として，2 - 7ページにまとめたPDFファイルと2分程度の動画資料（MP4ファイル）を
11/15（月）11/16（火）までに提出のご協力をよろしくお願いいたします。 - ポスター賞に応募される方は，審査を効率的に行うため，特にご協力をよろしくお願いいたします。

プレゼンテーションをビデオに変換する(Microsoft社) - 動画はHD(720p) 1280×720としてください。
- ポスターセッションではZoom のbreak-out room を用います。
- ポスターは横型(A4横型等)，7ページ以内とします。
- 英語で記述し，日本語または英語で録音，口頭説明してください。
- 序論，方法，結果，結論を簡潔に示してください。
- 見やすい文字とし， 図表もこれに準じて十分な大きさにしてください。
ポスター賞
学生，若手研究者のポスター発表の中で優秀な発表を行った者に対して，ポスター賞を授与いたします。
- 選考基準
- 研究目的・方法・結果・結論が明瞭に示されていること
- 研究の特長・創意が明確に示されていること
- ポスター発表として工夫がなされており，また発表に熱意があること
- 選考方法
- 実行委員会及び現地委員会で決定
- 得点数が高い上位3-5名程度の発表にポスター賞を授与する
- ポスター賞のうち最高得点のものを最優秀ポスター賞とする
