English instructions
- Presenters are requested to upload the presentation files to a web site. The URL link will be sent over email. We will upload them to the indico site soon later.
- To ensure flawless functioning and smooth experience throughout the workshop, we kindly ask the speakers to download the latest Zoom client for their operating system. It can be obtained after following this link: https://zoom.us/download
- All talks except the invited talks are scheduled for 20 minutes, giving you 15 minutes for the presentation, a few minutes for questions, plus some overhead for switching to the next speaker. Please make sure that you stay in time. The online format of our conference heavily relies on every speaker to respect their schedule. Invited talks consist of 25 minutes plus questions.
- We would like to encourage all the speakers (and session chairs) to turn on their video, which would make their presentation more personal.
